We have previously written about gifts for the year so it makes sense to also talk about one off gifts, gifts that will only last a certain period of time. These kind of gifts are usually given at special occasions, birthdays, Christmas, anniversaries etc. They also vary in style, it could be a promotional bottle of wine to celebrate the anniversary of the business or it could be a box of chocolates for all your employees at Christmas.
These kind of gifts often represent comfort and indulgence, great feelings for a person to feel whilst enjoying your gift. Many argue that they are not as successful as other long term gifts since they will not always be on your clients desk or in your employees hand.
